#9 Be here now

Read page 93 and then write about one way try to relax or de-stress during the day.

  1. The article "Be here Now" metions a way to relax by closing your eyes for 10 seconds and forgeting about everything.Then, you just listen to your inner voice and relax.This is a type of medtation.

    When I want to relax, I either take a warm bath or listen to music.

    To ''be here now" is key to be relax.

    My way to feel relax is working out(dance) or talk to my best friend from my high school.

  4. It is very common for people to daydream. However, it is very difficult to try to ignore daydreaming when you start doing it. Therefore, one way to overcome this kind of problem is to just notice it, let it go and drift away from it. In brief, you have to stay focused on what you are doing "when you're doing it, and be where you are when you're there." For instance, when in class, listen to your instructor and do not let your mind travel through an aberrant thought.

  5. I read book about daydream. But sometimes very hard to do daydream. in my case I don't like daydream, because if I do daydream I just keep thinking about my problem. So I can't relax. my relax way is listen music during the day.
    Weekend I really like go out nutual place take a rest and relax. Music and Trip is best way to relax. :D

  6. Close your eyes for 10 seconds, and pay attention to what is going on in your head. Forget things that you do it today .Think about some interesting thing and can make you forget fact.Like listening the music or think about some fun things.

  9. Try to close your eyes for 10secs , and forget about everything. Then you just listen to your inner voice and relax.

    Well for me I relax by listening to music, laying on the floor and sometimes sitting upside down...
